Hello from Start Well Trust

From the start of April, Start Well Trust will provide Health Visiting services at local Children’s Centres for children under five and their families, giving every child the best possible start for their future.

Every child is unique and the needs of your family will always be changing. We are here to help you through these precious – and sometimes challenging – moments.

Start Well Trust will bring together your Children’s Centre and Health Visitor services in one place – working hand-in hand. The Children’s Centres are where you will find a range of activities and clinics for you and your children to attend and enjoy.

Having these services in one place will make your life a little easier. It will be easier for you to meet the right people at the right time in one place.

Although Start Well Trust is a new name, the people providing our services for you are the same as before, with many years of expertise and experience. We work in partnership with midwives and other professionals in primary care, social care and the voluntary sector.

We believe all children in Greenwich, regardless of their background or circumstances, should have a happy and fulfilled childhood and the best start in life.
